This is a Broken Orange Pekoe, with a well twisted curly leaf.
An organic, fair-trade, classic tea. Expect a big, rounded flavour with sweet clarity and low tannins. Enjoy as a black tea to experience delightful clarity and floral notes, or add milk for a smooth and hearty cup.
Enjoy black or with your choice of milk - either way, the bold aromatics will shine through.
Recipe:
2gm tea leaves per 100ml water. 96 degrees. 4 minutes.

A flat rate of $10 is charged for postage. We ship all orders within 2 business days of payment. Orders are sent with either AusPost or Couriers please and arrive (in most cases) within 7 days of postage. You can also click & collect for free from our Oakleigh Cafe or from our Coffee Van at West Footscray Farmers Market (2nd Saturday of each month) or Spotswood Farmers Market (4th Saturday of each month).
