Course summary
If you’re sick of eating the same old thing for breaky every day, or want to enjoy cafe-quality brunch at home (and without the cost!), this is the event for you!
Participants will be given the skills and knowledge to up their weekday breakfast game and host delicious brunches at home, while learning new and unusual ways to incorporate Corner Store preserves into cooking. As well as taking part in steps along the way, you’ll get to taste and try each dish!

- Granola and yoghurt pots
- Breakfast quiche
- Baked eggs with preserved lemon
- Spiced porridge with pickled figs

About the instructor
Felicity Hall is the Preserving Coordinator at The Corner Store Network in Oakleigh. She’s worked as a chef in Ballarat, Melbourne and Sweden, specialising in fine dining, pastry, desserts and preserving.

Notes
The dishes contain gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. Three dishes can be made suitable for vegans/dairy free. Variations will be included in recipes but cannot be altered for the workshop.
This workshop requires a minimum number of 8 participants to go ahead. In the event we don’t get enough participants, we will postpone the event to a later date. Refunds will be offered to those who cannot attend the new date.
