We’re so excited to continue our line of Matanova coffee, with our Roaster Joonha perfecting the recipe on this latest harvest. Matanovah brings a beautiful balance of milk chocolate plus red berries to your cup and is a versatile bean we recommend for any coffee lover. 

On top of the usual suspects, we’ve also been working hard in conjunction with our coffee farmers in Timor-Leste to bring you a delicious honey-processed option in 2025. 

It’s been a lot of fun venturing into this new arena, learning and improving the process along the way.

Washed & honey are two unique expressions. The way coffee is processed isn’t just a step in production—it plays a crucial role in shaping its character and flavour. At Corner Store Network, we have primarily focused on fully washed coffees, known for their clean flavours, bright sweetness, and smooth texture. 

This year, after careful preparation, we are excited to introduce a new addition in collaboration with our farmers in Timor-Leste - our very first honey processed coffee. 

Honey processing involves drying coffee with some of its mucilage still intact, enhancing its natural sweetness and adding layers of complexity to its flavour profile. A coffee shaped by nature and perfected by the hands of dedicated farmers, available soon at Corner Store Network.
